Terms & Conditions pgbet — Full Malaysia Platform Usage Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and pgbet ("pgbet", "we", "platform"). This Agreement takes effect from the date you register a pgbet account or, if earlier, from the date you first use any part of our platform.

Pgbet is an online sports betting and casino platform operating for users in Malaysia. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Guide, and any additional policies that pgbet may issue from time to time.

To register and use pgbet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. pgbet does not permit access to individuals below this age limit under any circumstances.
• A Malaysian citizen or legal resident in Malaysia with proper internet access.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Has never been banned by pgbet previously and is not currently under an account suspension.
• Register under your own name only — each individual may only hold one pgbet account.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

Pgbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or any other documents deemed necessary for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

Each pgbet member bears full responsibility for their own account. This includes:

• Password confidentiality: You must keep your account password confidential. pgbet will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact pgbet's support team immediately. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until the issue has been reported.
• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pgbet account. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
• Latest information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account profile is accurate and up to date at all times.

Account Verification (KYC)

Pgbet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This is typically required before a first withdrawal exceeding RM500, or when the system flags suspicious activity. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Pgbet supports the following deposit methods available to Malaysian users. All deposits must be made by the member themselves using a payment method registered in their name:

Pgbet does not accept cash deposits or transfers made through anonymous payment methods. All deposits are subject to daily maximum limits, which may vary based on account level and member verification status.

Pgbet is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Successful withdrawals are typically completed within 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the chosen method.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. pgbet does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Members must have completed the wagering requirement for any bonus received before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals above a certain threshold or for a new member's first withdrawal.
• Pgbet reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes for up to 48 business hours in cases that require further investigation.

Pgbet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its Malaysian members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

General Bonus Terms

• One welcome bonus per member: The 100% welcome bonus up to RM500 may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to register multiple accounts to claim the bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in action being taken.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the offer. By default, bonuses must be rolled over at least 10 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• Withdrawal before requirements are met: If a member withdraws funds before the bonus wagering requirements are met, pgbet reserves the right to deduct the unrealised bonus amount from the withdrawal.

Pgbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, even while the promotion is still being advertised. pgbet's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

Pgbet's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports and international leagues, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (BWF, Malaysia Open), esports, and more. The following rules apply to all types of sports bets:

• Odds updated: The odds displayed are current and may change until the bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you make your selection and the time of confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new odds.
• Minimum bet: The minimum bet amount is RM5 for most markets. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the sport, league, and market.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours from its scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and funds will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• Odds error: Where odds are clearly displayed as a result of a technical or human error, pgbet reserves the right to void the relevant bets even after the match has concluded.
• Live betting: Live betting is subject to additional terms. pgbet reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice while a match is in progress.

Pgbet offers a wide range of Live Casino games including Baccarat, Roulette (European, American, Lightning), Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, video slots, and other games operated by licensed casino providers.

• Game integrity: All pgbet casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been independently audited and certified. For live dealer games, the cards, dice, and physical wheels are real and broadcast live.
• Final results: Results displayed by the system are final. Any claim of technical error must be reported within 24 hours of the game date.
• Bet limits: Each casino table has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. pgbet reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice.
• Technical interruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game, pgbet will use system records to determine a fair outcome. Where a result cannot be determined, pgbet reserves the right to void the round in question.

Pgbet members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening, using, or attempting to operate more than one pgbet account.
• Using automated software (bots), automated betting tools, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraud, hacking, system manipulation, or any other unlawful activity on the pgbet platform.
• Money laundering or using pgbet for any criminal activity.
• Abusing bonuses, including hedge betting specifically to meet bonus requirements without genuine risk.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately towards pgbet staff or other members.
• Providing false or misleading information to pgbet in any circumstances.

Whether initiated by the member or by pgbet, account closure is an enforceable right subject to the following conditions:

Member-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your pgbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be assessed. Eligible balances will be returned once identity verification is complete.

Suspension or Termination by pgbet

Pgbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if:

• A proven breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• The member is involved in any fraudulent, hacking, or unlawful activity.
• Pgbet receives a court order or directive from a relevant authority.
• Pgbet has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for unlawful purposes.

Pgbet shall not under any circumstances be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Technical disruptions, power outages, internet issues, or any other technical failure causing a delay or cancellation of bets.
• Financial losses arising from the member's own betting decisions.
• Loss of anticipated profits from betting or casino games.
• Delays in the deposit or withdrawal process caused by third-party payment providers.

Pgbet's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to a discussion process between the member and pgbet within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts. Members hereby agree not to initiate any legal proceedings in the courts of any other jurisdiction.
